Order Processing

Vintage Blacktop Co. products are made to order through our fulfillment partners. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days after purchase.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to supplier/production delays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, package size, and available carrier rates.

All shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Many Vintage Blacktop Co. products are printed, embroidered, packed, and shipped by trusted third-party fulfillment partners. Because items are made to order, your order may ship in separate packages if it includes multiple product types.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Wrong Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@vintageblacktop.co. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Vintage Blacktop Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, carrier delivery location, or building/mailroom first.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@vintageblacktop.co.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a replacement or resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Vintage Blacktop Co. primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times, rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees may vary by country.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
