Refund policy
We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear
Returned with any original packaging, if applicable
Not marked final sale, custom, personalized, or non-returnable
Because many Vintage Blacktop Co. products are made to order through our fulfillment partners, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse on custom, personalized, final sale, or made-to-order items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@vintageblacktop.co within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
The item you want to return or exchange
The reason for the return or exchange
Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Returns must be approved before they are sent back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If an approved return is sent back, please use the return address provided during the return approval process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@vintageblacktop.co.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work with you on a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Final sale items
Custom or personalized items
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
Items returned without approval
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
